Overall experience with ADP has been great! Compensation is there for high performers both as IC's and managers. Biggest hurdles have always been the internal battles between different business units.

Being one of the top Payroll companies in the world I would expect our Small Business Product to be “the Apple of the payroll world” but it definitely feels lacking. Outbound pays a low salary and they do not communicate about your territory until it is late. Those who have great territories do well. ADP knows which territories will sell more and which ones won't.
