Overall, really enjoy the role. They do not throw new hires into the deep end and hope they can swim. First year reps are given the chance to learn and develop.

Too much internal competition with other business units. Inter departmental partnerships are not aligned accross the board. Very Silod. Partners are incentivezed to not partner to keep comission. Everyone stepping on everyones toes.

Product market fit is not strong. Culture is very aggressive. Everyday its push, push, push. There is potential to make good money here, but in my opinion not with the amount of work you have to put in. It gets exhausting you constantly have to grind day in day out
