Also, it's run like a daycare and popularity contest, similar to High School, you can get promoted quick if you over achieve but you'll never truly know what you're worth.

The largest issue is our base salary, it’s very hard for employees to make a decent living. Most of the SMB reps can’t afford to pay their own rent and buy groceries each week. We make well below what the average base salary is.
