Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The company is great from my perspective. The base pay is low for entry-level hires, but the company is great. The training is world class. The product is market leading. The brand carries so much equity that in this role, (if you’re patient and head strong), you can really learn how to execute on a sales process because people WILL BUY. ADP is the #1 HCM in the market.
If you don’t perform, expect that you will be placed on performance plan. If you’re not willing to make calls and do drops, you will struggle. Of you can do both of those AND bring creativity and excitement to work everyday, you can uncover REAL opportunities that create value for people in the market, yourself, and the company.
This stuff isn’t just flying off the shelf locally, though. You have to be a prospector and a relationship builder. Current Employee It’s a great entry level job that offers great sales experience.
