ADP was a great company to start at for my sales career. The training was great, opportunity was abundant but the pay could definitely be better

my overall experience here was terrible. Horrible leadership, terrible business design, lead flow and structure is designed only to favour those who have been in role for extended periods, or who are buddy buddy with the managers. You will grind until you die at this place. It really is about how much you're willing to deal with until you move on or get promoted. Most people use this place as a spring board to other opportunities and you'll see why if you join. If you don't get lucky in your 1st year then you won't last long.

Product market fit is not strong. Culture is very aggressive. Everyday its push, push, push. There is potential to make good money here, but in my opinion not with the amount of work you have to put in. It gets exhausting you constantly have to grind day in day out
