Product market fit is not strong. Culture is very aggressive. Everyday its push, push, push. There is potential to make good money here, but in my opinion not with the amount of work you have to put in. It gets exhausting you constantly have to grind day in day out

I wouldn’t recommend ADP to a seasoned sales professional. This is moreso a job for 28ish year olds who enjoy dropping off treats and flyers at the doorsteps of all of their prospects. Base pay is weak for the industry.

Great place to develop sales skills and managing longer deal cycle / processes. Culture is outstanding. Main complaint is your biggest competitor will be your colleagues
