Great 1st sales job where you can make 100k in your 1st year, but only a small fraction of the salesforce breaks 100k. I’m in insurance, so the money is better. However quota gets raised to a point where it is obtainable. Employees are forced to move up in the company or get burned out and move out of the company. Lots of turn and burn.
