Outbound pays a low salary and they do not communicate about your territory until it is late. Those who have great territories do well. ADP knows which territories will sell more and which ones won't. Low end territories will be bigger challenges with VAR specialists, CPA DM's and others going into your accounts and closing them where you will get nothing out of them. Do NOT go for outbound positions with ADP in Majors.

My overall experience was good, but the company has so many sales reps that everyone is fighting over the same accounts. Policy disputes are huge at this company.
