My overall experience was good, but the company has so many sales reps that everyone is fighting over the same accounts. Policy disputes are huge at this company.

ADP is a company that thrives off of over-promising something they can't deliver on. They will promise you the world and tell you that everyone hits quota and makes 100k their first year when that couldn't be further from the truth.

10% starting commission percentage of ACV. Client needs to run 2 payrolls to keep the awarded commission. After you have hit 100% of your annual quota (around $200k in your first couple years), you then get bumped up to 20% commission rate.
