Product does well enough. Lead flow and opportunity is down while quotas are at an all time high. Feels like I rot in this role and I haven't been challenged in years. They are cheaper than ever. If you do too well, be prepared to pay the success tax. Finance will plug you into a table and mathematically eliminate you as a salesperson to the point where you will never make money again unless you change divisions and job hop internally every other fiscal or leave the company.

If you're willing to put in the work and effort, this job is "easy." When I say work, I specifically mean it's completely on you to prospect, build relationships, get the sale, generate referrals, and build referral partners.
