ADP
Back to ReviewsFormer Employee It all started out with a supportive interview and the typical smiling VP/BOSS - red flag should have been that the higher ups I met had been with the company for 15-30 years and the newest person on my team was on their 8th year. They were filling the position due to realignment (red flag) and expansion of the market (red flag). I spent over a year getting sale after sale taken right from under me. Putting in the hours, the training, the sweat, seeking mentorship, and more aid.
Now this is all coming from a top 5 seller globally at one org, prior regional, and natural people person and sales guy.
There is such a gap with ADP that the exec team has NO CLUE what is going on and frankly they don’t give two shits about the client / employees well being. Shit my total rewards statement was at $99,871 as a seasoned vet in sales in the most affluent expensive city in the United States outside of NYC and yeah… NYC.
Disconnected. Completely.
And very good at playing you like they care. It felt like gladiator each day & after I left within weeks 82 did too. Browse Other Reviews
