Anyone know the best business unit at ADP, where you can make a lot of money? I feel a lot of the market is so saturated already? SBS, RS, MAS, HRO, etc?

HRO, or upmarket MAS to sell enterprise. Definitely not SBS. Comprehensive services and totalsource have the largest deal size. If you’re comfortable selling an investment, I’d go for HRO/comprehensive services. PEO is definitely over saturated lately

SBS is a great role for someone with some or no sales experience and the money is reflective of that. There are outliers and some people do really well. HRO’s deals are bigger and a lot more complex so naturally the salary and commission structure are way more lucrative. My career path was SBS > HRO

Yep, definitely not SBS - HRO (comp services and PEO) are niche products so your market is smaller - larger deal sizes though. I would go MAS upmarket -  you sell tech deals and also sell PEO and comp, but you split HRO deals 50%. PEO lacks health insurance in AL, MS, NV, & PA - that’s important

Depends on ur strengths but I'd stay away from SBS. Lots of competition and lower pay. Others r solid; lots of variance by team/region.

HRO- strat sale, sweet spot with 50-200 EE cos. Best in urban/affluent mkts
MAS- ideally 'Upmarket' (150-1000 EE cos)
RS- tailwinds from Secure Act 2.0
COSO- solid
