Very much as siloed organization, with barriers to execution. Record order achieved, but compensation plan was revised to minimize payout, and limit it. Several Accounts were shifted to other groups to avoid paying out of bonuses. Overall, collaboration is encouraged, however barriers exist. Team environments exist, but several groups can compete for the same projects. No Sales credit splits for shared projects.

It was a great run. I would say that the product market fit is low as this is now a commodity business.

Great culture and strong focus on professional development. As for many Swedish companies, little focus on variable compensation and most of it was base comp.
