Current Employee2.0May 6, 2024Stay far away from the Thomas & Betts division. It's a complete dumpster fire. High turnover and the bonus structure is a joke. In fact, It's mid-May and we haven't even received our sales targets for this year. Mind you we are supposed to get quarterly bonuses. Giving you your sales targets months after the quarter is over with is beyond low. That's like a car...Read More
