More QuestionsHow hard is it to hit Quota at 1password in an SMB or MM role? I see that the decelerators are pretty aggressive and if you miss quota you essentially don't make commission, is that true? What is the onboarding and sales training process like for new recruits at 1Password? Do you feel it adequately prepares you for success?
