Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I have never experienced such reactive change in any organisation I have been part of. The reps would be hammered on various metrics each week - one week would be number of emails, the next would be doing marketing (as Marketing largely didnt exist), then BDR prospecting across 50+ accounts and then back round to deals in the pipeline. They took a decision to change the focus away from enterprise deals and the transition was slow out of that period. This meant that they have distinct lack of qualified deals in the pipeline and everything is very frantic at the end of the quarter, relying on one large deal to partially save the quarter.
