My overall experience has been ok. The company is the biggest Tech company in RUSSIA, and I am working for them opening the market in Brasil. I believe that there is a huge culture difference, which is not a problem, however, the political moment of the country (war) has been really challenging for the company as a whole and a lot of things are happening.
