My overall experience has been ok. The company is the biggest Tech company in RUSSIA, and I am working for them opening the market in Brasil. I believe that there is a huge culture difference, which is not a problem, however, the political moment of the country (war) has been really challenging for the company as a whole and a lot of things are happening.

No proper sales leadership and there was no product market fit. Targets were too high and unrealistic that no one achieved them.

Big tech company expanding to new regions with start-up approach. Not a lot of local market knowledge on the leadership but good culture and strong tech infrastructure. Comp plan can boost income significantly. Great experience so far!
