My experience at Wayflyer was extremely positive. I worked on the partnerships team, building relationships with some of the most respected companies in the eCommerce space. Wayflyer offered a solution that was mission-critical to the founders that we serviced. This provided me with a good sense of purpose during my time there. I was lucky to work with many extremely talented individuals, learning a lot and gaining a handful of lifelong mentors and friends.

Include decelerators so if you get less than 50% to quota so your comp is reduced harshly

good culture, targets a little off as under 50% reps hit, a lot of change but normal for a high growth company, only good things to say other than that.
