CEO is a toxic leader with a control problem and will often go on hyper micromanaging binges, publicly belittle and demean employees with profanities. The vision is erratic and the GTM strategy is a moving target.

Multiple layoffs in 2023. 25% of company in January. GTM org decimated in June with over 60% let go. The company is struggling on all fronts: culture, PMF, leadership, and reps having any shot at hitting their targets.
