Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience at Unily was positive. It is powerful product with great customers and a lot of potential. One of the biggest current challenges on the sales team is leadership is based in the UK and it doesn’t have much insight into the day to day sales operations in the US. Sales in NAM are more transparent and vendor recommendations are handled by stakeholders who do the work, not executives and c-suite like EMEA. This means NAM requires very personalized selling approaches supported by asynchronous assets rather than relying on top down big meetings with leadership. I didn’t see a lot of curiosity by Unily leadership into building out and replicating innovative methods that are working, their current leadership team is dominated by more old school thinking.
