Trustmarque is a big player in the IT reselling space. A well known company. Unfortunately they have priorities in the wrong places. the Sales people are great, but C-level get too involved and mess things up resulting in SO much churn. Quite a toxic company which pays poorly. I had an interim manager role there and decided to not carry on due to the daily toxicity.

DEI washing org attempts to mask poor culture and unhappy Salesforce. Lots of redundancies every quarter in all parts of the company. Avoid unless very desperate.

Started off very strong and dropped off overtime. Big overhauls in leadership and structure left a lot of people confused as to what was coming next. Hope to see it improve as time goes on.
