Former Employee Leadership micromanaged everything. Unrealistic quota targets. Changed GTM strategy off of 1 outlier deal and didn't take into account that reps need runway to build pipeline in Enterprise markets. Wanted transactional deals with a technology that requires longer sales cycles due to the amount of multiple organizational stakeholders that need to be involved in a decision. Browse Other Reviews
