Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee There are some great managers in this org. However as a whole, customers are forgotten about after a new biz deal closes. The customer teams wears a lot of hats without a lot of resources or support. Resources are focused on building bespoke products for new business prospects and customers. It’s not scalable with the skeleton crew that is left. There is a big push to move a lot of processes that used to be owned by people to AI after a big round of layoffs. However without any of those processes flushed out before the layoffs it’s left a lot of work for the remaining employees to deal with.
