Back to ReviewsFormer Employee The experience wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. The company wasted a year trying to figure out the Sales team, and then cut people just as they got their footing. Changing regions every quarter in Enterprise sales was a fine way to have no one make their quota without creating some sense of urgency. In Enterprise sales, we all know these move slowly, as adoption will be a long-term commitment. Highest-paying customers got priority in development; another customer took nearly three years to sign and goal posts continued to move. Sales members were let go by a leadership that had no means of generating urgency. It was a cluster. In my last days, they laid off 40, then hired 4-5 Sales Leaders to further attempt a scattershot "whatever we can make happen" mindset.
Base pay is great, but don't expect a lot of support. Or, at least, previously. Hopefully your experience is different. Browse Other Reviews
