The leadership on my direct team at Stax is great. However, the inbound lead flow is poor, the compensation structure is poor, and there is a revolving door of talent on the executive leadership team. This company seems to be going downhill since the founders were ousted. The turnover is crazy. No room for growth. Average product for the industry.
