Great product, new leadership is good, some old structure lack a bit, but overall good onboarding experience so far.

Constant changes, and goals are very lofty. Post IPO culture is fragmented and evolving. Big plans here and stock price is goal #1 but the pressure trickles down to the sellers. If you luck out with a healthy territory foundation lost of money here. If not, not so much.
