My overall experience was not good. Old leaders moved on. New leadership has a vey transactional mindset. Day to day there was not time to fully work a lead.

ROLLER is a fantastic company to work for with great earnings potential. The product sells itself, and the market opportunity is significant. The remote working culture allows for plenty of flexibility and work/life balance, and the leadership team are highly supportive.
