Great overall comp and experience, however, top level C suite leadership has no idea how to mature as an organization or achieve results in the enterprise space. This company will be bought out by P/E in the next 6 months, or go through more massive layoffs, which should be targeted to under-performing employees, rather than the hatchet job they did in August.

Really enjoy Rapid7. The culture is really good in the UK with a lot of highly talented individual contributors and leaders. Lots to learn and lots of people to learn from.
