Great overall comp and experience, however, top level C suite leadership has no idea how to mature as an organization or achieve results in the enterprise space. This company will be bought out by P/E in the next 6 months, or go through more massive layoffs, which should be targeted to under-performing employees, rather than the hatchet job they did in August.

Recent changes at Rapid7 change the AE role to partial account manager, owning renewals, all with no change in pay. More difficult to hit your targets because there’s way more work to do.
