Leadership transparency is minimal. Lacking direction on the technology. New deal structure is eroding any current customer upsell opportunities. Layoffs were done very insensitively.

Recent changes at Rapid7 change the AE role to partial account manager, owning renewals, all with no change in pay. More difficult to hit your targets because there’s way more work to do.

If you take an entry level job you have the opportunity to learn a lot about cyber security. The products are outdated, the pay is low (relatively), the culture is the worst I've been a part of. Stay away if you can.
