There is room for this to be a great role, but as it stands now the compensation doesn't reflect what is expected of above average performers. There is no career growth plan in place, and many CSMs are unable to hit their customer retention bonuses due to churn issues and unrealistic comp structure.

Be careful reading these reviews as they are mostly from SDRs…. This place is extremely hard to succeed these days and build pipeline… not enough TAM for headcount of AE’s and product is often seen as a nice to have but not need to have. Not many AEs hitting quota these days

Overall the company is great if you intend to really dig in and work hard. Work-life balance is difficult especially if you have a family or other obligations. Prospecting outside of work hours is often needed to stay on top.
