Current Employee OnBoard is a company with heart — the mission is meaningful, and many people here are passionate about helping boards work better.
The recent leadership changes (new CEO and CRO) show a willingness to evolve, but it’s also highlighted just how much foundational work is needed.
There’s a significant lack of internal processes, particularly in how headquarters communicates with international teams. Structural issues, inconsistent go-to-market alignment, and reactive decision-making have all impacted execution and team morale.
The product has potential but is stuck between cheaper competitors and more feature-rich incumbents. It needs to evolve fast to stay competitive — and the disconnect between product limitations and ambitious sales quotas has made it tough for the team to succeed.
