What % of reps are hitting quota and earning that $300k OTE?

More QuestionsRecruiter just hit me up about an AE role at Observe. Is the quota attainment *really* that high at a startup operating in a saturated market? Also $150k for base? Seems too good to be true with high base + high attainment + high OTE for a Series B org.
