Not ideal. Favoritism exists for certain groups of people and management has absolutely no clue about direction and how to create a healthy and positive work culture. Most decisions come from head office and head office gets their memo from the parent company. Everyone is working to not lose their job instead of working to make the company better.

Good starting job but not a long term career. Cold calls everyday, sit at your desk, get two 15 minute breaks, 1 hour lunch break. Terrible
