Former Employee Overall the experience was negative. During Covid the environment was work from home, sales numbers were reasonable, and the company had their best year ever in sales.
Horrible hustle culture with massive hiring classes, massive turnover, and revoking work from home privileges cited the CEOs goal of protecting the culture that had been cultivated.
A majority of SMCs will make a few sales, quit, and feed those accounts to directors.
