Love the company culture however they are struggling to find their product market fit. The product is definitely a good to have and not a must have & the impact is seen.

There are a lot of things to like about moxo (compensation, founders, job security, etc) and there are a lot of things to also dislike about Moxo (transparency between leadership and everyone else, most of leadership, no upward mobility, etc) But if you work hard + have interest in the B2B collaboration SaaS space, this could be a fit for you
