Terrible product market fit that falls short of the competition yet is priced 4x more. Leadership unwilling to pivot to changing market trends and customer needs. Internal processes are a mess and cause deals to slow or collapse entirely. I would recommend anyone who is looking at this company to avoid like the plague.
