My overall experience with memoryBlue was very poor. The model is built on retaining clients but not employees regardless of skill. Majority of people working there are looking for the quickest way out. The base pay and OTE was dramatically less than discussed and and everything the company does "for you" comes with a catch written in fine print. The Rising Stars program in memoryBlue is very controversial. While they do help you obtain employment beyond memoryBlue, why would a company want to move tenured and talented employees out? The best conclusion I've developed around this program is the employees have become too expensive and therefore have designed a way to incentivize moving on from the company. Is it a good company for breaking into tech sales? If it's your only option then yes. Otherwise, no.

If you’re in the DFW area, you can disregard the negative reviews about crazy office culture. It might be like that in other offices, but definitely not in the Dallas office.
