Very saddening because I was the 16th hire for their sales team and I was sold on the fact that we would be building something great and new. And now they are outsourcing my team with contractors who are making less and will probably offer less quality.

This upmarket pivot feels like it was designed by a few Intuit execs/outside consultants who have little exposure to the larger SaaS sales landscape.
