Crazy leadership turn over, lack of resources, burn through reps, nobody getting near quota attainment. Comp plan changes often... as well as "strategy".

Avoid at all possible costs. Terrible management and culture. CEO is a nut, will berate employees in front of a group. Worst place to work.
