My overall experience was not your average or typical experience Having joined a new department that has only recently been formed, I was not able to see the full extent of the company's capabilities. My coworkers are incredibly kind and some of the leadership are experts in their field. However, due to to many variables and no solidified foundation I found the upward mobility to be severing lacking.

The new department was lacking in training and upward mobility. There is not enough effort being put in to assimilating or equipping their salesmen
