I like this company, great product ! team is able to release new features super fast and customer are really happy. I think the pay is OK but since it's a little bit unstructured, there is limits to it. The management is good but a bit utopian at times.

Luminovo is a great place to work at with a lot of potential for professional development. The market is extremely interesting and with a pretty big TAM and competition is mainly legacy software or excel. To be successful you really need to be able to learn quickly and handle a complex software - the team and leadership is always there to support.

The sales org has a great culture. The leadership is a bit inexperienced but they make up for it with a can do attitude.
