It was a step up from my previous employer, however, it became clear early on that leadership valued personal relationships over actual leadership abilities. There was rampant cheating across sales with no consequences. Those that were given leadership roles were some of the most awful management experience I have ever had. This entire organization was full of awarding those that played politics or had simply been there and were gifted a role. I heard recently they let their entire sales organization go. Which is absolutely astound for a business. I can’t imagine a sales org making sales without a sales team.
