Kontakt.io is a growing company and definitely has potential for a start-up. I love the work-life balance and the team, however, there is no room for growth. No one on the SDR team has been promoted to an AE and leadership has admitted they are not looking to hire anyone internally for AE's at the moment.

SDR Commission structure question. Management recently changed monthly goal from SQL's to SAO's, which they say is the norm in the industry. My experience has been goal is based off booked meetings for getting paid. Now, if we do not hit 50% of SAO goal, we get zero commission.
