I worked cross-functionally with my peers in marketing and sales ops and developed strategies that increased overall sales for our channel. I also was able to create some long-lasting relationships with my coworkers.

Current Employee4.1Jul 5, 2023My experience at Kareo (AKA Tebra) has been great. The fact that 70% of reps hit quota is great and it feels like a lot is invested into the culture. Only thing I would change is increase base to $60-65k and OTE to 105-$115k. I think that would be more fair for this position. Oh yeah, and I'd do 401(k) matching.
