My overall experience is good. I would like to see more from management with regards to expectations. They set a high bar and expect you to service 50% of the time which eats away at working on your pipeline.

I enjoyed my time working at Chase as a Service-to-Sales Associate. I only left due to health conditions. Unfortunately, when I wanted to return, the role had been done away with. I believe it had a lot to do with controversial selling tactics that were being exposed in the Credit Card banking industry. Chase wasn’t an offender, as far as I knew.

Good experience. I wish they would have more inbound leads and more perks like a company card for meals. We do have a budget to take out clients but you have to fill out paperwork to get reimbursed.
