I enjoyed my time working at Chase as a Service-to-Sales Associate. I only left due to health conditions. Unfortunately, when I wanted to return, the role had been done away with. I believe it had a lot to do with controversial selling tactics that were being exposed in the Credit Card banking industry. Chase wasn’t an offender, as far as I knew.

My overall experience was poor due to my immediate manager and team members. The firm was unable to control my experience and was thus at the mercy of my manager.
