Quota was a moving target—most reps consistently missed it. Multiple quarters where 2 reps hit and no one else. Mostly the AM team hits.

Great culture and leadership, flexible and independent work environment. No micromanagement and tons of support offered to grow. With that being said, still a grind and requires consistent input to see outcomes

Jellyfish is a great place to work. The product is top tier. The only downside is we have been unclear on paths to promotion/ slow to promote.
