Jellyfish is a great place to work. The product is top tier. The only downside is we have been unclear on paths to promotion/ slow to promote.

Low lead flow (or nonexistent). Lots of politics. Mostly though, while on ramp I made a comment about improving aspects of the culture that "made it unwelcoming to the majority demographic". It's a white sales team. And I was let go the next business day because "You simply aren't a company fit. The decision has been made. It is not dependent on your performance."...Read More
