The compensation has always been low when compared to similar companies, the trade-off being that they promised never to do mass layoffs. Jamf just completed their first mass layoff, leaving the company with little left to make it competitive for employees.

But with the company removing so many pervious benefits it's hard to overlook the incredibly low base compensation.
